Schulte appreciates the mentorship: “Evan sees things I miss mid-game. He points out when my starting position drifts too deep, and we correct it before the next match.”
The staff also invites academy keeper Stanislav Lapkes into sessions to maintain the developmental pipeline.

Columbus will continue rotating in training but expects Schulte to start every playoff match barring injury.
