Front-office sources confirm that majority owner Dee Haslam and president Tim Bezbatchenko have offered Wilfried Nancy a contract extension through 2029, making him one of MLS’s highest-paid managers.
The deal rewards Nancy for delivering the 2024 MLS Cup and guiding Columbus to consecutive 60-point seasons. It also ensures continuity as the Crew brace for heavy transfer interest in Cucho Hernández and Patrick Schulte this winter.
Nancy has repeatedly said he feels “at home in Columbus” and wants to continue integrating Crew 2 prospects into the first team.
