Crew scouts returned from MLS NEXT Fest encouraged by three prospects: Luna (U-17), Sillah (U-19), and Rinehart (U-17). Each produced standout performances against LAFC and FC Dallas academies.

General manager Issa Tall confirmed the club is preparing homegrown offers for at least two of the trio, hoping to lock them in before European teams swoop in.

Sillah’s pace caught the eye of first-team staffers, while Rinehart’s overlapping runs and defensive recovery speed fit Nancy’s system.

Luna has drawn comparisons to Aidan Morris because of his two-way engine and leadership; he captained Columbus to a 3-2 comeback win in the final scrimmage.

The Crew plan to bring all three players to first-team preseason in January for further evaluation.
